We Are Refunding Every Paid Model API Customer
Every customer who paid to use our model API is being refunded. Nobody has to ask, and there is nothing to fill in: the money goes back to the payment method it came from.
What We Are Doing
We are refunding every paid customer who used our model API. That means all of them. Nobody has to ask for it, and nobody has to show they qualify.
Our model API is no longer listed among the products on psa.team.
What You Need to Do
Nothing. The refund goes back to the payment method you paid with. There is no form, no claim and no deadline.
A card refund usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show on a statement after it is issued. How long depends on your bank, not on us.
